BOLD BOUTIQUE

This project enabled Studio Dean to unapologetically show off our creativity. The result is an immersive design experience with layers of exquisite, enchanting detail, bold colours and luxurious touches. 

We totally reconfigured this two bedroom rental property in Edinburgh into a three bedroom, two bathroom luxury holiday home. Our spatial planning unlocked the potential of the space to maximise returns on the short stay holiday let market.
